RFP Soft provides digital software products and trading automation tools that are delivered electronically.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union may submit a withdrawal request using our Withdrawal Request page.
For digital products, the right of withdrawal may not apply once delivery has begun where the customer has:
- expressly requested immediate delivery of the digital product; and
- acknowledged that they lose their statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
By completing a purchase, customers confirm their consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the potential loss of their statutory withdrawal rights in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
No Refunds After Delivery
Due to the nature of digital software products, orders are generally non-refundable once delivery has started.
Delivery is deemed to have commenced when any of the following occurs:
- licensed files are sent to the customer;
- activation or licensing of the product is performed;
- access credentials, download links, or software files are provided; or
- the product is configured for the customer’s trading account.
Non-Delivery or Technical Issues
Customers may be entitled to a replacement or refund if:
- the product is not delivered within 48 hours after all required information has been provided, including trading account information where required; or
- the product is materially defective and cannot be reasonably repaired or replaced.
Any request relating to delivery or technical issues must be submitted within 15 days of purchase.

Please include:
- order number;
- payment confirmation;
- trading account number, if applicable; and
- a description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- a valid email address;
- correct trading account information; and
- any additional information required for licensing or activation.
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer do not create an automatic right to a refund.
Withdrawal Requests
Submission of a withdrawal request does not automatically guarantee eligibility for cancellation or refund.
Each request will be reviewed based on:
- applicable consumer protection laws;
- the delivery status of the product;
- whether activation or licensing has occurred; and
- the customer's acknowledgement of the withdrawal-right waiver during checkout.
Global Applicability
This policy applies to all customers worldwide unless mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Legal Language
All policies, terms, notices, and legal information provided by RFP Soft are published in English.
The English version shall be considered the governing and legally binding version.
