Shipping & Delivery Policy – RFP Soft

Delivery Method
All our products are digital software and trading strategies delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery Time
After completing payment, you will receive an email with instructions and a request for your MT4 account number, which is required to generate your license.

  • Once we receive your MT4 account number, delivery of your files and license will be completed within 24–48 hours.
  • In rare cases (e.g., payment review or technical issues), delivery may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed.

Didn’t receive your product?
If you do not see our email in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still haven’t received your product within 48 hours of sending us your MT4 account number, please contact our Support team via Live Chat or Contact Form, and we will resend your files immediately.

Responsibility
Delivery is considered complete once the product is sent to the email address provided at checkout and linked to the MT4 account number you supplied. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and the correct MT4 account number when requested.
