Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell or exploit our services without written permission.

2.1 LICENSE POLICY

Each order includes two licenses, regardless of whether they are used on demo or real accounts. Each account license is counted separately.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Our products are delivered digitally via email. No physical items will be shipped.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. DELIVERY

Delivery is electronic. After completing payment, you will receive an email with the product and instructions. For full details, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4.1 WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS

Customers located in the European Union may submit a withdrawal request through our Withdrawal Request page.

For digital software products, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once delivery has begun where the customer has expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the statutory withdrawal right.

Submission of a withdrawal request does not automatically guarantee eligibility for cancellation or refund. Requests are reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

5. PRIVACY

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to standard prohibited uses including malware, illegal activity, copyright violations, and misuse of our website, when using Expert Advisors (EAs) you must comply with all applicable license terms.

  • EA licenses prohibit resale, redistribution, or commercial use, including copy trading or signal services.
  • EA licenses are for personal use only and are limited to the number of installations or trading accounts purchased.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, crack, bypass licensing mechanisms, distribute unauthorized copies, or attempt to remove any protection systems included within our software products.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you hold the correct rights and licenses to use our products.

7. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee performance results from the use of our Expert Advisors or trading strategies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RFP Soft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. RFP Soft does not provide investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management services, brokerage services, or trading recommendations.
